ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Gina Bonasera. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2012, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have worked with many individuals throughout my career as a personal trainer, but I especially love working with women who would like to lose body fat. One thing that truly sets me apart from other personal trainers is, that I will travel to your home, local gym or park and customize every workout we do according to your desires and goals. I also do online personal training. Many online fitness coaches do not actually workout with their clients, but through the years I have learned, working out online with a personal trainer better suits a client with a very busy schedule. Whether you are looking to decrease your body fat, live a healthier lifestyle, gain muscle, feel better both mentally & physically, lose weight or need help getting started with all the above; I am here to help!

ONLINE TRAINING IS A FULL SERVICE COACHING PROGRAM. WE WILL MEET VIA FACETIME AND WORKOUT TOGETHER FOR 30-60 MINUTES 1-3 TIMES PER WEEK.

CUSTOM WORKOUTS
THIS IS A CUSTOMIZABLE WORKOUT PROGRAM THAT IS DESIGNED FOR YOU TO DO ON YOUR OWN. EACH WORKOUT IS PERSONALIZED FOR YOU AND YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS. YOUR WORKOUTS WILL BE DIFFERENT EACH WEEK. WORKOUTS TIMES RANGE FROM 25-45 MINUTES 1-4 TIMES PER WEEK. AT HOME OR GYM WORKOUTS AVAILABLE.
THIS IS A CUSTOMIZABLE NUTRITION PLAN THAT IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR GOALS. YOU WILL RECEIVE: A LIST OF HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES, MACRONUTRIENT CALCULATIONS THAT ARE RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR BODY, TIPS & TRICKS TO REACH YOUR GOALS, RECOMENDATIONS AND RECIPES.
